With my training as an event manager and years of experience in the wedding industry, I bring organizational talent, creativity, and a keen sense of aesthetics to every planning project. As a multilingual wedding planner (German, English, and Italian), I accompany international couples with sensitivity, a sense of style, and an eye for those special moments.

1. FIRST CONSULTATION: your vision and wisHES
An initial introductory meeting via video call forms the foundation upon which we build. Since every wedding and every couple is unique, every wedding planning process is also unique. I want to get to know you and your story, I want to know and understand what you want and what your vision is. After our conversation gives me a better understanding of your ideas, I will create a customized quote for your wedding planning services.

An exciting time begins – after signing the contract, we immediately begin the location search. Based on your criteria and wishes, I will find the perfect location for you in Germany, Italy, Greece, or anywhere else in the world, and we will visit it together. We then begin booking the necessary service providers, drawing on a large network of reliable and long-standing partners.
3. INDIVIDUAL design concept for UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS
The design concept determines the aesthetic and gives your wedding a unique touch. This is where we bring your story to life, combining your preferences and wishes with creative, individual, and modern designs. From the floral designs to the table decorations, every detail is coordinated and harmonizes perfectly. The concept serves as the basis for the detailed and spatial planning, as well as a guideline for the florists and other event design.

Whether it's a multi-day wedding weekend or an exclusive one-day wedding celebration – as your wedding planner, I and my team will accompany you on-site and ensure a perfect execution. To ensure the best possible outcome, we create a detailed schedule in advance and coordinate it with all service providers, the venue, and the service manager. As your point of contact for you and your guests, we will accompany you and ensure that you feel as if you are a guest at your own wedding.

We found out about Franzi via Instagram and met up to get to know each other. The chemistry was right from the start. Not only is she very experienced when it comes to planning weddings, but she is also an incredibly warm person. We really enjoyed the planning phase with her and could always rely on Franzi. She left no wish unfulfilled and took care of all the organisation for us, such as finding service providers, making arrangements, organising the day itself and also keeping track of invoices at the end, etc. Without her we would have been really lost!
